Job summary

Knowles in New Jersey seeks a Controller to oversee all accounting functions including AR, AP, cost accounting, fixed assets, GL, payroll and cash management for KCR and KCD. You will drive budgeting, forecasting and monthly close with variance analysis, partnering with Plant Operations to control costs and improve working capital.

Travel <20% may be required. Required: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and 5–8 years in senior accounting or financial analysis, manufacturing experience, US work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–8 years in senior accounting or financial analysis roles.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, electronics preferred.
• US work eligibility (ITAR restrictions) required.

Responsibilities

• Drive timely budgeting, forecasting and monthly close with variance analysis.
• Collaborate with Plant Management to control expenses and cost savings.
• Monitor working capital and drive cost improvements.
• Oversee internal and external audits (SOX, government) and compliance.
• Oversee accounting across NJ and Dominican Republic locations; travel <20%.
