Job summary

Electroswitch Electronic Products in Raleigh seeks a seasoned Business Unit Controller to lead the financial agenda for the local unit and be a trusted partner to the VP and GM. You will drive manufacturing accounting, cost systems, and strategic decision support while coordinating with IT and HR and the Juarez manufacturing controller.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, translate complex data into actionable insights, and help leadership improve profitability and working

Qualifications

• CPA strongly preferred; CMA, MBA, or substantial manufacturing-controller experience will be considered.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible finance and accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Experience partnering with operations to improve profitability and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial leadership for the Raleigh manufacturing unit and partner with operations to boost profitability.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting including KPIs.
• Coordinate intercompany accounting, tax, audit, and consolidated reporting with Juarez controller.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costs, and manufacturing variances.
• Provide board-ready updates and executive-level financial insights.
