Job summary

RAE Corporation, a Pryor, Oklahoma-based mid-sized manufacturer of refrigeration and HVAC equipment, seeks a Controller to lead all Accounting Department functions. You will plan, organize, and direct financial policies, budgeting, reporting, and regulatory compliance from the CFO/VP level.

A CPA and manufacturing experience are preferred. The role emphasizes internal controls, audits, and collaboration with external accountants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 3–7 years of related experience.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all people and functions of the Accounting Department.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and regulatory reports.
• Manage tax filings and liaise with external accountants.
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and budgeting duties.
• Develop internal controls and audit processes.
• Advise executives on financial objectives and actions.
