Job Overview: Infor consultants are responsible for implementing Functional Process Applications during Infor Consulting Services projects. This role is vital to project success, involving working with clients to implement Infor software and industry-standard processes to optimize costs, enhance customer service, and foster collaboration and efficiency. The quality and experience of our consultants are key differentiators.

Typical Responsibilities:

1. Assist in realizing business benefits for clients.
2. Participate in full lifecycle client-facing implementation projects related to Infor applications.
3. Lead information gathering and design processes, including developing business requirements and scope documents.
4. Configure client business solutions.
5. Develop and execute test plans.
6. Provide training to key and end users.
7. Offer implementation consultancy and best practice advice.
8. Achieve engagement objectives.
9. Provide regular project status reports.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with finance (ERP) software implementation in at least one industry segment (e.g., Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Equipment, etc.).
• Experience with process manufacturing, warehouse management, ERP logistics.
• ERP implementation project experience.
• Business and industry experience in financial processes.
• Full lifecycle finance ERP system implementation experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% across North America.
• Customer-facing consulting experience.
• Experience leading software configuration and functional implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Infor M3 or similar finance software in manufacturing or food & beverage sectors.
• ERP finance area implementation experience.
• Knowledge of fundamental accounting principles.
• Finance or accounting degree preferred.
