Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Financial Analyst for Digital & Automation Customer Service to drive reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the D&A Business Line. The role supports budgets, variance analysis, and data-driven decision making in a matrix environment.

The position reports to the NAM CS Business Line Controlling VP and requires a strong IFRS focus, ERP proficiency, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related area(s).
• 3-5 years in relevant field, balanced against Siemens experience.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Effective communicator with team members and with Senior level management.
• Proficient in ERP systems, data extraction, and database-driven models; Power BI and Office suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of books and records; lead development of key financial reports and metrics.
• Lead complex financial analysis discussions for budgeting, forecasting and performance comparisons.
• Perform month-end closing activities (JV entries, flash commentary, PO management, cost accruals).
• Provide financial expertise and drive best practices and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with project managers and other departments to manage service backlog and revenue recognition.
• Create and maintain reports to analyze P&L, bookings, and billings using digital tools such as Datawarehouse and Power BI.
