Job summary

Crane Resistoflex in Kentucky seeks a Financial Analyst to drive analysis across performance, manufacturing, and cross-functional processes. You will partner with the Site Controller and finance leaders to forecast, develop the Annual Operating Plan, and translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• B.S. in accounting, finance, or related degree.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and willingness to deepen technical accounting knowledge.
• Working knowledge of SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supports monthly variance analysis of Balance Sheet and Income Statements.
• Assists with SOX controls, inventory controls, product costing, and ERP transactions.
• Builds understanding of Crane's business, operations, and structure through cross-functional engagement.
• Applies Operational Excellence tools to improve processes and communicates financial impact.
• Develops and enhances templates for month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and planning.
• Assists with the Annual Operating Plan, quarterly forecasts, monthly outlooks, and weekly reviews.
• Partners with finance leaders to identify and implement process improvements.
• Prepares HFM-based reports and analyses for operations and senior management.
• Supports in developing presentations on financial performance and business results.
