Qualifications

• Experience with monthly close, accruals, and budgeting.
• Ability to translate analytics into actionable insights.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, FP&A and Brand teams.
• Proven ability to lead budgets and planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and year-end financial close activities.
• Support monthly reviews with key drivers and risks.
• Lead or assist with distributor investment fund planning and SAB planning.
• Manage planning calendars and budgeting processes (NSV/NNR).
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and reflect market conditions.
• Develop analytics to improve efficiency with automation and self-service tooling.
