Qualifications

• Experience using SAP ERP in a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of cost accounting principles and inventory management.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

• Capable of understanding complex analyses and directives.

Responsibilities

• Work on product costing and inventory cycle counts and analysis.
• Fundamental understanding of core finance and accounting principles.
• Month-end close activities including journal entries and GL analysis.
• In-depth cost and inventory variance analysis.
• Analyze P&L, CAPEX, and headcount impacts.
• Support Operating/Finance teams with ad hoc analyses.
• Understand manufacturing KPIs and variance causes.
• Capital spend tracking and fixed asset records management.
• Maintain flexible costing models and product classifications.
• Collaborate with plant departments to improve quality and productivity.
