Job summary

Riverside Natural Foods Ltd. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Manufacturing to partner with plant operations and procurement, delivering actionable insights to improve cost, productivity, and financial performance.

You will lead monthly variance reporting, analyze product costing for innovations, support forecasting, and assist with year-end audits while collaborating with senior leaders to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with costing methodologies and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners and senior leaders.
• CPA or working toward CPA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly production variance reporting and cost analysis.
• Partner with plant managers to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Own site costing for innovation, validate costing with brand/SC/R&D teams.
• Provide recommendations for productivity and CAPEX, inventory, controls.
• Maintain costing process documentation and drive policy compliance.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports with variance explanations for leadership.
• Support year-end audit with working papers and costing analytics.
