Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. is seeking a Finance professional to join the WSC Factory Finance team in North Carolina.

You will focus on CAPEX tracking, inventory management, and analyzing factory financial performance while supporting month-end closes, forecasting, and budgeting. You will collaborate with colleagues across the plant and other Siemens Energy locations, leveraging analytical skills to identify opportunities, improve processes, and provide timely information for business decisions in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• 3+ years' experience in accounting, financial analysis, or financial modeling, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP; experience with Tableau/KNIME/UiPath is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end closing activities, including journal entries, allocations, balance sheet reconciliations, and timely financial reporting.
• Assist with periodic forecasts and annual budgets; support monthly reporting for cost centers, productivity, and factory scorecards.
• Lead and support inventory management; analyze balances and movements for risks/opportunities.
• Track CAPEX projects from PO creation to capitalization; report monthly CAPEX spending and project status.
• Support ad hoc financial analyses and strategic initiatives; share best practices across Siemens Energy locations.
• Identify and implement process improvements using digitalization, automation, and other methods to enhance LGN/WSC reporting and controlling.
