Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Progressive accounting/finance leadership experience in manufacturing or operational environment.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Hands-on budgeting/forecasting, month-end/year-end close.
• Manufacturing costing, inventory, margins, and variance analysis knowledge.
• Experience managing and developing accounting professionals.
• ERP experience and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-financial leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Partner with senior leadership on financial planning, profitability analysis, and strategic decision‑making.
• Provide financial analysis around margins, product costs, inventory, labor, overhead, and operational performance.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
• Coordinate annual audits, tax filings, and relationships with external partners.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities.
• Support inventory accounting, standard costing, COGS analysis, and manufacturing variance analysis.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage ERP/financial systems.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and finance team.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and other departments to improve performance.
