Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• 7+ years in accounting/finance, manufacturing preferred.
• Experience leading accounting teams and finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all finance and accounting functions including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and financial insights for strategic decisions.
• Partner with executives to align financial priorities with business goals.
• Oversee GAAP compliance, internal controls, audits, and tax activities.
• Mentor and develop the accounting team for performance and growth.
