Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Manufacturing Facility Custodial Specialist to own the night shift, keeping production areas clean, safe, and compliant.

You will clean and sanitize equipment and zones, meet health and safety standards for regulated environments, and log tasks nightly as part of a reliable team. This contract-to-hire role is based in Nashville, TN, with on-site work and opportunities for growth within the manufacturing group.

Qualifications

• Industrial cleaning, custodial, or janitorial experience (manufacturing preferred).
• Knowledge of sanitation practices for food production or manufacturing facilities.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and sustained physical work.
• Comfort with commercial cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals.
• Sharp attention to detail; strong safety focus.
• Team-first mindset and dependable adherence to protocols.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize industrial work areas: equipment, floors, walls, and production zones.
• Meet and maintain health and safety standards, including those for regulated environments.
• Organize, maintain, and properly store janitorial tools and supplies.
• Support waste, recycling, and hazardous material handling processes.
• Safely lift and move supplies or equipment as needed.
• Execute scheduled cleaning plans and log tasks with accuracy.
• Work closely with teammates to maintain consistent cleanliness and safety.
