Job summary

The HEICO Companies, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute facility-related engineering projects in a manufacturing environment. The role supports production by ensuring equipment, utilities, infrastructure and facility systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

You will lead capital projects, maintenance improvements and contractor activities, drive continuous improvement with Lean/Six Sigma, and ensure projects stay within approved budgets

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing engineering projects in a production environment.
• Ability to plan scopes, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility and infrastructure projects from concept through commissioning.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, EHS, quality, and contractors.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Manage capital expenditure projects and ensure projects stay within approved budgets.
• Prepare bid packages, review contractor proposals, and oversee contractor qualification and performance.
• Support preventive maintenance and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure OSHA, environmental, and local regulatory compliance.
