Soap Creek Resources, a century-old personal care products manufacturer, seeks a Facilities Manager for its Bedford Park, IL campus. You will own facility systems, lead engineering initiatives, and drive safety and regulatory compliance in a large, automated production environment.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in manufacturing facilities leadership, hands-on HVAC/boilers experience, and strong project budgeting skills to deliver infrastructure upgrades on schedule.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or related field; equivalent certifications and 5+ years in facilities leadership in manufacturing.
• 7+ years of plant/facilities management experience in manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with facility systems including HVAC, boilers, and electrical distribution.
• Proven track record managing contractors across multiple trades.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling and project coordination skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee facility functions including HVAC, boilers, stationary engineering, building maintenance, and related systems.
• Manage on-site contractors across multiple trades ensuring compliance with standards, timelines and safety.
• Oversee on-site wastewater treatment systems and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and manage capital budgets, scopes, and schedules for infrastructure upgrades.
• Ensure adherence to codes, OSHA requirements and safety standards throughout the facility.
• Identify facility improvement opportunities and lead implementation from concept to completion.
