Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Production / Fabrication Associate on the 1st shift in Connecticut. This hands-on role involves assembling sheet metal parts, tapping, drilling, grinding, deburring, and ensuring quality.

No prior experience? Training provided. This full-time position offers $20.00–$23.00 per hour, with a stable history of 50 years in sheet metal manufacturing for lighting, heating, electronics, and related industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, machine shop, or mechanical work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install hardware and components onto sheet metal parts.

• Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks as needed.

We’re looking for a hands-on, dependable Manufacturing/Fabrication Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and wants to build a career in manufacturing.

No prior experience? No problem! We are willing to train the right person. Manufacturing, fabrication, or machine shop experience is a plus.

What You'll Do:
