Job summary

Strong Hold in Louisville, KY is seeking a motivated Entry-Level 2nd Shift Production Associate to support our metal fabrication operations. Work Mon-Thu 5:00pm–3:30am, performing general labor, assisting with material handling, and operating basic production machinery.

This role emphasizes safety, stamina, and a willingness to learn on the job; prior assembly or general labor experience is a plus. We offer on‑the‑job training within a long‑standing family business with room to grow.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Read, write and perform basic math calculations, and read a standard tape measure.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn on the job.
• Flexible; work in a non-temperature controlled facility with moderate to loud noise levels.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform general labor tasks to support the daily operations of our metal fabrication facility. You will assist with material handling, operate basic production machinery, and ensure a clean, safe work environment. This position requires strong physical stamina, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn on the job.

Requirements

Salary Description
