Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing engineering role with leadership experience.
• Proven Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma project delivery.
• Experience with enterprise software (SAP, AutoCAD) and PowerBI.
• Strong data analysis, problem solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers to drive continuous improvement.
• Spearhead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and boost throughput.
• Analyze production data with Excel, PowerBI to inform senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes with goals.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, including layout optimization with AutoCAD.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Promote innovation and adoption of new technologies to improve efficiency.
