SuperATV, a Dorman company, is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to lead enterprise‑wide continuous improvement initiatives. You will drive Lean Six Sigma programs, coach Belt teams, and partner with executives to set strategic priorities across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain.

You will develop governance, track KPIs, and push measurable gains in productivity, quality, and lead times while fostering a data‑driven culture and sustained improvements.

Formación

• Advanced expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, A3, 5S, SMED, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management, Standard Work, and Problem‑Solving methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen to quantify ROI and impact.
• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Advanced analytical and statistical capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead SuperATV's enterprise‑wide Continuous Improvement strategy.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify strategic improvement priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Continuous Improvement team members, Black Belts, Green Belts, and functional leaders.
• Lead cross‑functional improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, etc.
• Serve as organization SME on Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence.
• Facilitate strategic value stream mapping across the business.
• Establish and maintain CI governance, project prioritization, and review processes.
• Drive measurable improvements in productivity, quality, lead time, inventory, and cost.
• Develop KPI dashboards and management systems to monitor performance.
• Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Collaborate across departments to identify and eliminate waste.
• Standardize best practices and sustain gains.
• Champion accountability, problem‑solving and data‑driven decisions.
• Evaluate emerging tech and automation opportunities to improve performance.
• Facilitate executive reviews and report outcomes to senior leadership.
• Build organizational capability through training in Lean, Six Sigma and leadership.
