Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Director to lead enterprise Lean/Six Sigma initiatives across sites and drive continuous improvement.

You will deploy CI tools, mentor plant leaders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost objectives. Responsibilities include standardizing methodologies, managing OEE and TPM initiatives, and delivering measurable productivity savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• MBA/MS in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related discipline preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred; Master Black Belt a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and deploy operational excellence strategies across Del Monte Foods.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma, DMoe pillars, and continuous improvement culture.
• Own methodology standardization and financial validation of productivity savings.
• Lead Fill Weight Control, root cause analysis, and A3 thinking across facilities.
• Plan and facilitate Kaizen, TPM, and Six Sigma events with measurable impacts.
• Mentor site leaders and communicate progress to executives.
