Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Excellence Director to lead enterprise CI, Lean/Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives across facilities.

You will drive standardization, mentor site leaders, and collaborate with Finance and Operations to deliver tangible safety, quality, efficiency, and cost improvements. The role requires expert knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and OEE, with strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of enterprise-wide CI

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred; Master Black Belt a plus.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred for senior leadership roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead deployment of Lean/Six Sigma pillars and CI culture across multiple facilities.
• Own methodology, standardization, and validation of productivity savings and cost avoidance.
• Drive fill weight control optimization to reduce overfill and improve yield.
• Coach problem-solving tools (RCA, A3, 5 Whys) and Kaizen events.
• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping and waste elimination to improve throughput.
• Develop daily direction setting and cross-functional collaboration across sites.
