Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, SPC, and TOC.
• Drive manufacturing process optimization and standardization.
• Partner with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Leadership.
• Oversee engineering projects, budgets, and resources to meet timelines.
• Develop SOPs, documentation, and manufacturing standards.
