Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration or Engineering preferred; experience in manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing excellence and drive continuous improvement of plant performance metrics (quality, productivity, cycle time, delivery, cash flow).
• Ensure safety, schedule adherence, and cost control; manage budgets and relationships with customers.
