Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Must be graduating between December 2027 and June 2030
• Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the summer months.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and evaluate existing Microsoft-based files, templates, and workflows for conversion to Google Workspace.
• Assist with requirements gathering, process mapping, and user feedback for the digitized Global Workbook Manpower Tracking tool.
• Support development, testing, deployment, and rollout; create test scenarios and training materials.
