• Effective communication and teamwork; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing process development by researching, testing, and optimizing processes.
• Assist with equipment launch activities including installation, debugging, and qualification.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to analyze throughput and reduce waste.
• Create or refine 3D layouts, simulations, or CAD/CAM work instructions.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Quality, and Plant Operations to solve issues.
• Develop and present engineering deliverables to leads and stakeholders.
