Trystar Inc in Faribault, MN seeks a Manufacturing ERP/MES Project Leader to drive ERP implementations across the manufacturing footprint, focusing on Epicor MES. You will partner with Operations and IT to optimize shop-floor processes and deliver high-quality solutions with strong lead times.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of operations leadership, deep ERP/IT experience, and proven change-management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or Engineering.
10+ years of operations leadership across multiple functions.
Strong ERP & IT experience with ERP systems.
Item Master Expertise and ability to drive change across all functions.
Production supervision experience in complex manufacturing environments.
Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

Lead MES change initiatives across manufacturing with Epicor implementations.
Help build and advance ERP/IT systems to improve service and margins.
Collaborate with IT to leverage AI in Manufacturing and MES systems.
Develop training materials, SOPs and change-management resources.
Coordinate reporting to Operations Steering committee and leadership teams.
Identify opportunities to automate and streamline workflows using Epicor functionality.
