Job summary

Trystar is seeking a Manufacturing ERP/MES Project Leader to shape shop floor operations across the manufacturing footprint. Based at any Trystar location, you will drive Epicor MES implementations from the ground up, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Reporting to the Operations ERP Project Leader, you will facilitate workshops, develop training materials, and align ERP initiatives with business goals while targeting 100% accuracy and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or Engineering.
• 10+ years in Operations leadership across multiple functional areas.
• Strong ERP and IT experience with ERP systems without major modifications.
• Item Master Expertise and the ability to drive change across all business functions.
• Familiarity with root cause analysis methodologies (KT, fishbone, 5 whys, etc.).
• Production supervision experience on complex manufacturing lines (5+ years).
• Ability to facilitate workshops and drive process improvements.
• Managed resources across multiple plant locations.
• Strong data analysis and performance metrics background.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to drive change and manage resistance to change.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES change initiatives across Epicor Silver/Gold programs.
• Build ERP systems to support Operations, improving service and margins.
• Identify how Epicor MES serves as the key process for transactions.
• Lead manufacturing-wide sessions to deploy ERP/IT systems on shop floors.
• Learn business requirements across locations to tailor solutions.
• Partner with IT to explore AI applications in Manufacturing and MES.
• Benchmark MES standards and best practices for the business.
• Coordinate with Operations Steering committee for investments.
• Develop training materials and SOPs for change management.
• Identify opportunities to automate or streamline workflows using Epicor.
