Job summary

Ascend Performance Materials is seeking an Accounting Representative to maintain raw material data in SAP, analyze monthly consumption, and identify deviations. This on-site role collaborates with production and logistics to ensure inventory accuracy and data integrity.

You will enter ERP transactions, review BOM updates, and generate monthly consumption reports while supporting process improvements in a safe, reliable manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's in Accounting or Business is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems and data extraction and integrity.
• Strong mathematical ability.

Responsibilities

• Make entries as needed within the ERP system to ensure data integrity.
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate process improvements.
• Provide feedback with specific incident details that support findings.
• Review and correct transactions as required.
• Collect and work with plant personnel on BOM updates and revision requests.
• Perform annual review of BOM required adjustments to raw material consumptions.
• Interact and walk the production areas to understand and assist in resolution of issues that might arise.
