Job summary

Steelhead Technologies is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for our Calumet or Brighton, MI office. You will provide knowledge and technical support to customers via email, phone, text, Zoom, and occasionally in-person, building trust and driving feature adoption.

You will engage with existing customers to identify issues, train users, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Prior customer-facing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails, texts, and tickets promptly with expert support.
• Build trust and credibility with customer contacts at multiple levels.
• Educate customers on product value and feature adoption.
• Proactively drive expansion and adoption of features.
• Monitor and maintain customer account health.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and outcomes teams.
• Provide clear feedback to product teams for issue resolution.
