Job summary

ICC is seeking an Engineering Technician to support manufacturing operations across Value-Add Assembly, the warehouse, and facility. You will deliver hands-on technical support for production equipment, tooling, fixtures, and PM programs, focusing on uptime and quality.

Work with the Manufacturing and Quality Engineers to sustain 5S and lean initiatives and drive continuous improvement. You will read 2D drawings, perform measurements with optical comparators and calipers, and maintain

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 2-year technical or trade school in engineering or equipment technology preferred.
• 3 years of industry experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• 2–3 years of hands-on tooling, fixture, and production equipment experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily VAD production by troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinating corrective actions with the Manufacturing Engineer.
• Evaluate, test, and implement new tooling, fixtures, and semi-automated assembly equipment.
• Execute Preventive Maintenance programs and maintain spare parts inventory.
