Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a hands-on production associate in Indiana to operate and maintain equipment, move materials with a sit-down forklift, and keep meticulous logs. The role requires standing most of the shift and lifting up to 65 lbs.

You will participate in shift meetings, assist with quality control, and troubleshoot to meet tight production deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include 401(k) with match and full medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of forklift experience.

• Comfort with standing for ~80% of the shift.
• Proficient with making and reading production logs and tickets.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Operate sit-down forklift to supply lines, move inventory, and store materials.
• Clean and maintain production machinery and safeguard company tools.
• Complete quality control logs, production ledgers, and box tickets legibly and on time.
• Join shift meetings and training; communicate proactively with teammates and leadership.

Role snapshotOperate and care for production machinery, keep materials moving via sit-down forklift, and maintain meticulous production and quality records in a fast-paced environment.Core responsibilitiesSet up, run, and maintain both simple and complex manufacturing equipment.Clean and maintain production machinery; safeguard and account for company tools.Use a sit-down forklift to supply lines, move inventory, and store materials safely.Clean boxes, lids, and skids thoroughly before staging to support smooth operations.Complete quality control logs, production ledgers, and box tickets legibly and on time.Perform accurate gross–tare–net calculations for material weights.Join shift meetings and training; communicate proactively with teammates and leadership.Troubleshoot issues quickly to meet production deadlines.Must-have qualificationsMinimum 2 years of forklift experience (required).Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 65 lbs.Comfort with standing, walking, stooping, and bending for ~80% of the shift.Ability to get on/off forklifts repeatedly and stand for long periods.Proficiency with calculators, adding machines, and industrial scales.Proven troubleshooting skills and composure under deadline pressure.PreferredValid Forklift Certification.High school diploma or equivalent.Pay & scheduleHourly range: $16.00–$17.50.12-hour shifts, 2-2-3 rotating schedule.Benefits401(k) with company match.Full benefits: health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
