Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.
• Identify root causes of breakdowns and repair quickly to reduce downtime.
• Record and report damaged or worn parts and order replacements.
• Prepare reports documenting work performed.
• Maintain shop areas, inventory, and tools; stock as needed.
• Coordinate with managers to schedule regular maintenance.
• Collaborate with department heads on product changes and requirements.
• Run tests and implement improvements as directed.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and lead or participate in solutions.
