Job Purpose

Lead, create, and implement innovative technical activities and solutions in Mass Production, Business Planning, and New Model development to meet or exceed targets in Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Effectively communicate across all levels of the organization to ensure understanding and alignment.
  2. Review daily reports to identify gaps in safety, quality, and delivery; develop countermeasures and conduct root cause analysis for continuous improvement.
  3. Use data analysis and PDCA cycles to support, develop, and justify solutions with relevant departments for complex problem-solving.
  4. Monitor equipment and processes to ensure optimal performance while minimizing costs.
  5. Develop team capabilities through training, mentoring, and sharing expertise.
  6. Set priorities and make decisions based on data analytics to meet business objectives.
  7. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
  8. Test and implement new technologies to improve equipment and process efficiency.
  9. Develop and oversee budgets to achieve cost targets.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering or related field, or 6 years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • Manufacturing co-op experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software.
  • Positive attitude, open-mindedness, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong motivation and ability to work in manufacturing environments.
  • Self-managed with leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and analyze complex problems to propose effective solutions.
Working Conditions
  • Work involves PPE and lockout procedures in manufacturing settings.
  • Potential exposure to hydraulic oils, lubricants, and materials.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and investigation of equipment issues.
  • 50% office, 50% manufacturing line activities.
  • Overtime and weekend support may be required.
  • Travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.
