Job Purpose:

We are hiring equipment maintenance technicians for our high-tech PCB facility in San Jose, CA, supporting OEMs in defense, aerospace, data centers, and semiconductor markets. If you have experience maintaining conveyorized equipment, CNC machines, lamination presses, plating equipment, or similar, and seek to join a team supporting mission-critical operations, apply now! Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform preventative maintenance and coordinate activities with manufacturing and engineering teams.
2. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment.
3. Work safely on control cabinets and electrical panels.
4. Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment based on plans, manuals, or drawings.
5. Use diagnostic tools for equipment evaluation.
6. Rebuild and repair manufacturing equipment as needed.
7. Perform equipment modifications under supervision.
8. Remove and install equipment, perform fabrication, plumbing, welding, electrical troubleshooting, and roof repairs, following safety guidelines especially when working with chemicals.
9. Other related tasks as assigned.
10. Availability for overtime and weekend work is required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in PCB, electroplating, semiconductor, or related industries is a plus.
• Associates degree or technical certification preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Willingness to work overtime, emergencies, and weekends.
• Mechanically inclined with proficiency in hand and power tools, forklift operation, and electrical systems (high & low voltage).
• Knowledge of plumbing, including soldering copper, PVC, and PolyPro pipes.

Salary Range: $74,283.65 - $89,440.00 annually.
