Job Purpose

We are hiring equipment maintenance technicians for our high-tech printed circuit board (PCB) facility in San Jose, CA. This facility supports OEMs in defense, aerospace, data centers, and semiconductor markets. Nature of Duties

• Perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment, coordinating with manufacturing and engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment.
• Work safely on control cabinets and electrical panels.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment using plans, manuals, or sketches.
• Use diagnostic tools for equipment evaluation.
• Rebuild and repair manufacturing equipment as needed.
• Perform equipment modifications as directed.
• Handle removal and installation of equipment, fabrication, plumbing, welding, electrical troubleshooting, and roof repairs, following safety guidelines especially when working with chemicals.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
• Availability to work overtime and weekends when required.

Education and Experience

• Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in PCB, electroplating, semiconductor, or related industries is a plus.
• Associates degree or technical certification preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Willingness to work overtime, emergency calls, and weekends.
• Mechanical aptitude with hand and power tools; ability to operate forklifts and work with high and low voltage electrical systems.
• Experience with plumbing, including copper sweating and working with PVC and PolyPro pipes.

Salary Range

$72,800.00 - $83,200.00 annually
