Job Purpose

We are hiring equipment maintenance technicians for our high-tech PCB facility in San Jose, CA, supporting OEMs in defense, aerospace, data centers, and semiconductors. We value the impact of our work and are proud of our contributions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and coordinate with manufacturing and engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment.
• Work safely on control cabinets and electrical panels.
• Dismantle, repair, and assemble equipment using manuals and drawings.
• Use diagnostic tools for equipment evaluation.
• Rebuild and repair manufacturing equipment as needed.
• Perform modifications and install new or old equipment, including fabrication, plumbing, welding, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Other tasks as assigned, including overtime and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in PCB, electroplating, semiconductor, or related industries is a plus.
• Associates degree or technical certification preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, work overtime, and handle emergency calls.
• Mechanically inclined with experience in hand and power tools, forklift operation, and electrical systems.
• Plumbing skills, including copper sweating and working with PVC & Poly Pro.

Salary Range: $72,800 - $83,200 annually
