Summary
The employee must perform duties with the assistance of an experienced operator, level employee, or above in the Secondary, Robot, CNC and/or Thermoforming Departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include The Following
- Follow and understand company Employee Handbook and all plant safety rules and regulations.
- Must be able to read and understand Work Instructions in English.
- Ability to perform basic math functions.
- Understand all safety devices on machinery.
- Load/unload CNC, Robot and forming machines during production cycle.
- Able to use basic hand tools and understand their operations.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Properly operate band saw to cut up plastic scrap.
- Perform other work duties that may be outside your normal work functions.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
HSD, HSED or GED is required or a minimum of six months experience.
Language Skills
The ability to read and write in English is required, along with the ability to write in complete sentences using letters and numbers correctly.
Mathematical Skills
Must have the ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
REASONING ABILITY
Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding and to carry out simple one or two step instructions proficiently. Must have the ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
