• Experience leading manufacturing engineering, operations, validation, quality leadership.
• Strong background in process development, controls, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to interpret technical data and drive data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of manufacturing and operational processes for testing and validation.
• Drive safety, quality, efficiency, throughput and cost reduction initiatives.
• Partner with Operations and Engineering to optimize workflows and resources.
• Develop standard work, controls, and procedures to improve consistency.
• Support facility planning, equipment readiness, and capital projects.
• Identify new technologies and fixturing to improve operations.
• Lead site leadership activities across Engineering, Operations, Safety, IT, and Product Groups.
• Influence decision-making through stakeholder engagement and data.
