Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering or 2 years related experience required.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail skills.
• MS Office proficiency preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret setup instructions and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Capture analytical data and provide technical production support.
• Read and interpret setup instructions.
• Perform setups on termination presses and ensure equipment meets specs before production handover.
• Operate and read measurement tools to validate part quality.
• Represent the company professionally in communications with suppliers and customers.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
