Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify improvements via production metrics.
• Ensure processes and equipment meet safety and quality standards.
• Maintain installations with predictive and preventive programs.
• Enhance workstation layout, workflow, and assembly methods.
• Support product/process validation and report generation.
• Write, update, and approve production processes and procedures.
• Assist in new equipment evaluations and implementations.
• Respond promptly to line stoppages and mitigate downtime.
