Re:Build Manufacturing in Kalamazoo, MI, is seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to assemble complex components to tight specifications and quality standards. You will work as part of a team on a Monday-Thursday schedule with overtime Fridays as needed, 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

when production demands require. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, read blueprints, and use small hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Standing up to 10 hours per day.
• Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Experience using small hand and power tools is a plus.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to written work instructions and specifications.
• Support part inspections to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold a safe and organized work environment.
• Take ownership of the final product to ensure it meets specs and quality requirements.
