Re:Build Manufacturing in New Kensington, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. You will identify production requirements, provide DFM feedback, and develop processes that meet safety, quality, cost and delivery targets.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Manufacturing Engineering and 5–10 years of relevant experience in controlled industries; familiarity with GD&T, Lean, and TOC is required. SolidWorks experience preferred; join us to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related technical field required.
• 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering in controlled industries preferred (aerospace, medical, nuclear).
• Strong understanding of GD&T and Lean manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with risk assessment, RCA/RCCA, and TOC in manufacturing systems.
• Knowledge of CNC machining, assembly, and composites/metallics fabrication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify production requirements from customers, regulations, and internal policies.
• Provide DFM feedback on customer designs.
• Develop production processes ensuring safety, quality, cost, manufacturability, delivery, and value.
• Measure process efficiency and lead continuous improvement efforts.
• Conduct RCA and determine RCCA for non-conformances.
