Position: Manufacturing Engineering Technician
Location: Janesville, WI
Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: Hourly- $22.00-$32.00 based on experience

Shift: Monday - Friday Regular business hours with some variability based on project requirements. (OT as required)

Reports To: Manufacturing Engineering Manager

How will you contribute?

1. Monitor and improve manufacturing and engineering processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
2. Collaborate closely with Process Engineers to implement innovative designs and workflows.
3. Ensure proper equipment usage and maintenance standards are upheld by observing workers.
4. Analyze data to identify opportunities for process enhancement and quality improvement.
5. Assist in the qualification of new processes, providing documentation and training support.
6. Develop and coordinate technical training programs for both direct and indirect labor.
7. Demonstrate strong communication skills, fostering collaboration across various teams.

What are we looking for?

1. High school diploma or equivalent; some postsecondary education desired.
2. Strong critical thinking ability and mechanical aptitude.
3. Basic AutoCAD experience preferred.
4. Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is mandatory.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
6. Willingness to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
