Job summary

The role emphasizes lean methods, process documentation, equipment calibration, and collaboration to ensure manufacturability of new products. Ideal candidates have CAD proficiency and 1–3 years in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in engineering.
• 1–3 years manufacturing experience.
• CAD proficiency with AutoCAD or SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Support engineers in analyzing production processes for improvements.
• Apply lean principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with production to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Troubleshoot basic manufacturing issues and conduct time studies.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
• Ensure safety and quality standards compliance.
• Assist in designing tools and equipment based on specifications.
• Perform routine calibration of equipment.
