Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Process/Quality/Mechanical engineering.
• Progressive experience in manufacturing engineering and continuous improvement.
• Supervisory leadership including coaching and performance management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
• Ability to translate operational data into actionable recommendations and leadership reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop manufacturing engineering personnel; establish priorities and manage performance.
• Expand Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture and ensure safe practices.
• Direct Continuous Improvement, Lean/OPEX, Kaizen initiatives to improve throughput and quality.
• Evaluate processes for bottlenecks and coordinate improvements with production and operations teams.
• Plan workload, resources, and project sequencing across the engineering team.
• Establish and maintain operational analytics, KPI dashboards, and cost-reduction tracking.
