Job summary

Flowserve in Springville, Utah, seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to lead and grow the manufacturing engineering function. You will prioritize engineering and continuous-improvement work, coach team members, and ensure safe, compliant, and timely execution of initiatives that boost safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.

You will partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and site leadership to translate plant needs into sustainable results and manage CAPEX,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with manufacturing knowledge.
Progressive experience in manufacturing engineering and Lean/OPEX.
Supervisory leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop manufacturing engineering personnel and set clear priorities.
Drive Continuous Improvement, Lean/OPEX, and Kaizen initiatives.
Establish KPI dashboards and data-driven leadership reporting.
Plan resources, sequencing, and CAPEX/automation projects.
Promote HSE culture and ensure compliant engineering activities.
