Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline required.
• Progressive experience in manufacturing engineering and Lean/Six Sigma.
• Supervisory leadership with coaching and performance management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop manufacturing engineering personnel.
• Build and sustain an HSE culture with 6S practices.
• Direct Continuous Improvement, Lean/OPEX, and Kaizen initiatives.
• Evaluate processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Plan workload, capacity, and project sequencing with the team.
• Establish KPI dashboards and leadership-ready reporting.
