You will report to the Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production.

A Bachelor's in engineering and 6+ years of managerial experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering management.
• Proven track record of delivering engineering projects.
• Expert knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers and develop their skills.
• Drive process improvement projects to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Provide technical guidance to production and quickly resolve manufacturing issues.
