Job summary
Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr Engineering Manager for Advanced Projects (Finance) in Plymouth, MN or Minneapolis, MN on a hybrid schedule. You will bridge advanced technology and product execution, drive technology transfer, enable new product introductions, and advance digital engineering transformations.
Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will lead cross-functional teams across systems, software, and hardware R&D, ensure certification and quality, and translate digital strategy
Qualifications
- Proven engineering leadership experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Broad, cross-disciplinary technical background, including experience with systems, software, and hardware R&D teams.
- Product development and execution experience across multiple phases of a product life cycle.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field from an accredited institution.
