What You’ll Do

As Manager of Engineering, you will serve as a key leader within our manufacturing organization, responsible for driving engineering excellence and enabling operational success.

Strategic Leadership
  • Lead and direct all engineering functions, aligning initiatives with business strategy and growth objectives
  • Develop and execute engineering roadmaps that enhance production capability, efficiency, and scalability
Capital & Transformation Projects
  • Spearhead facility expansions, equipment upgrades, and capacity enhancement initiatives
  • Evaluate, select, and implement new technologies that modernize operations and improve competitiveness
  • Lead capital investment planning and project execution with strong ROI focus
Operational Excellence
  • Partner closely with operations to support day-to-day manufacturing performance
  • Identify and resolve complex production challenges in a fast-paced industrial environment
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data, analytics, and industry best practices
Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and operational discipline
  • Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing engineering team
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development opportunities

What You Bring
Experience & Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • 10+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams or technical functions preferred
Technical & Business Acumen
  • Deep knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and industrial systems
  • Proven success leading capital projects, process improvements, and technology implementations
  • Strong understanding of operational metrics, cost drivers, and financial performance
Leadership & Problem Solving
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive results
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical and organizational challenges
